MyMailout provides a customized email marketing service that offers building personal email newsletters, flyers, and announcements.

MyMailout service is designed for users to create, send, and manage email newsletter campaigns.

Create

  • Set up profile and preferences:
    • Select personalized colors and fonts to match company branding and logo
    • Enter the name and contact information of list manager
  • Build newsletters:
    • Select a template that matches a personal layout
    • Add a short teaser, full text, or a link to a Web page
    • Choose rich HTML format or text-only newsletter format
  • Enter list of email addresses, include a person's name, city, state/province, and country as well

Send

  • Send newsletters with a click of a button
  • Distribute newsletters in a flash with powerful servers and high speed Internet connection

Manage

  • View reports of how many emails were read.
  • New subscribers can add themselves to the list through the Web page.
  • Newsletters and articles are archived.
